Relationships matter. Whether business or personal, relationships require commitment, communication, and candor – 3 characteristics hard to come by these days. (Especially in the business world, where getting someone to call you back is a feat in itself.) Thankfully for LewerBenefits, we have Tim Masters who prioritizes those characteristics. Tim has been building relationships and helping clients since his first professional job connecting people with the right apartment.
As LewerBenefits’ Business Development Advisor, Tim serves as an ambassador to Franchisors, a role he takes seriously. Tim communicates openly and honestly about LewerBenefits’ capabilities, and is adept at tactfully asking difficult questions that unearth a Franchisor’s benefits-related pain points. After only a year with LewerBenefits, Tim has made a significant impact on our team and with our clients. If your business needs a better benefits relationship, reach out to Tim! He’s happy to help!
